1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Identity Verification (KYC)
ovi999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until the verification process is complete.

Prohibited Persons
Individuals who are employees, contractors, or agents of ovi999, or immediate family members of such persons, are prohibited from opening or maintaining a player account. ovi999 reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of this restriction.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ovi999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours subject to verification status and pending wagering requirements. Matched Payment Methods
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. ovi999 may decline withdrawal requests that do not match the originating payment method as part of our fraud prevention protocols.

Currency & Conversion
All accounts are denominated in BDT. ovi999 does not conduct currency conversion. Transactions made using payment instruments denominated in a foreign currency are not supported on the current platform configuration.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

Important: All bonuses offered by ovi999 are subject to wagering requirements. Please read the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

Welcome Bonus
New players who successfully complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. 3.2
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to crash games, table games, and live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward satisfying wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through strategies that ovi999 determines constitute abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematic low-risk play designed solely to clear bonus requirements — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

Seasonal Promotions
ovi999 may offer limited-time promotions during culturally significant periods including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and the ICC T20 World Cup. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the promotion's launch.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ovi999 are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology. ovi999 does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any spin, hand, or market.

  • Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical errors during an unresolved round will result in the stake being returned to the player's account.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game or crash game, ovi999 will resolve the round according to the game provider's standard rules. Any winnings generated during a disconnection will be credited automatically.
  • Sports betting markets, including all cricket markets for BPL, IPL, and T20 events, are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, FIFA, etc.).
  • ovi999 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started or where the odds were clearly published in error due to a technical or human fault.
  • Maximum bet and stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. Specific limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any prohibited conduct clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including deposits, and permanent ban from ovi999 without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund an account.
  • Money laundering: Using ovi999 to process, conceal, or move funds derived from illegal activities.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
  • Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to interact with games or the platform without explicit written permission from ovi999.
  • Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account per individual player.
  • Impersonation: Providing false identity information or posing as another person during registration or verification.
